  • I have had two back to back AWFUL experiences here while trying to buy a Lexus. I was promised a car, we verbally agreed on a date the car would be ready for me, and a day before they sold the car from out from under me. They have no sense of customer service or fidelity to their customers and are only there to make the quickest buck. I was lied to, decieved and taken advantage of as a woman. They sold that car to a man which only furthers my concern of misogynistic behaviors within this dealership. This Penske owned dealer shows no commitment to the Lexus brand that prides themselves in customer service and quality product. There is no transparency or communication within management. I do not suggest anyone goes here to support their poor business practices and attitudes towards women.
