My elderly parents live in Las Vegas and this is their PCM. This office has the worst Patient provider communication I have ever seen. It is extremely difficult to speak with a live person, you mostly deal with voicemail and it takes forever to get a response. My father who can barely walk needed a handicapped hang tag. I personally gave the office the paper work and it never was followed up on. My mother needed placement in to an alzheimer facility and we needed papers signed by the Dr. ASAP so we could move her in. The home would not let her in with out it being signed. The papers were faxed and no response. I finally got hold of a person on the phone and explained the urgency because the space was being held and it was a safety issue, and I needed the papers signed by Thursday. It gave them a week. I got a message that the papers would be signed the following Monday. 4 Days late, which made it almost 2 weeks!!!!! If I lived closer I would have personally showed up in that office and pulled the records of my parents to take them to a more caring efficient office!!!! I have zero problems with the Dr himself, it is the office management ultimately to blame. The doctor probably had no idea this was going on!
