  • I use and rely on YELPERS for many goods and services. Not only locally but also when travelling. However Ive learned a few things about reviews: I have received the poorest of service with companys that have THE BEST reviews AND I have received THE BEST service with the worst reviews. Molly Maid Smoke Ranch is that great service with low reviews. I'm surprised to see the low overall reviews and I'm here to say I'm glad I decided to give them a try. Prior to using this service, I used a company that had glowing reviews. I mean sticky sweet, people absolutely loved them. I used them for 7 months. In that time, they refused to consistently send 2 people as promised, the 1 woman sent would have to work too hard doing the work of 2 people in a short amount of time. I felt bad for her and thought her company overworked her. I'd be stuck at home on my day off for 3-4 hours while 1 woman cleaned her rear off, instead of 1 1/2 hours for 2 people working at a normal pace. They bragged about charging a "flat rate". Sending 1 person to do the work of 2 and charging for 2, is just plain GREED to me. Also, they stood me up twice, no call no show. I ended up canceling any further services. I also removed my 5 star review of them. I started my search again for cleaning services. I decided to give MOLLY MAID a try. I waited to review this company until I had a few services with them so I could give a fair and honest opinion of them over time. I consistently get the same two wonderful ladies Teresa and Valentina and they do a great job and are always friendly. Any changes I've needed to make, Ive called Caitlyn who is also very friendly and professional. They charge by the hour and the price has been consistent as well. I appreciate that so I can budget accordingly. I will be using this cleaning service and I hope other YELPERS wont let the negative reviews keep them from at least trying this company.
