  • I was in Vegas by myself for a few days and decided to splurge at Nob Hill. The wait staff was incredibly attentive. My water glass was never more than half empty before this nice gentleman came by and kept refilling it. I had the cucumber soup and it was wonderful and had just the right amount of kick to it. I had the lobster rolls which were very good as well. I also had a soufflĂ© which was pretty good, but I have had better dessert here in the past. I would come back again. My waiter was also attentive and the manager? also checked on me a couple of times to make sure I was doing ok.
