| - I was in Las Vegas for a destination wedding over the weekend of Jan 28th. I had reserved a 33 person bus for the entire wedding group around Jan 12th. So in plenty of time. We reserved the party package that includes a bartender and photographer. Sounded like a great time and we were all very excited. That good feeling faded fast the night of our reservation. It was for 8pm, (which I have confirmed on the email I recieved) and when 8:15 rolled around and the bus was nowhere to be found, I started making phone calls. None of which were answered. I used the number on my confirmation email sent from the company. With the help of a couple of friends we were able to finally reach someone. I was then told that I didn't have a reservation with them, even though I had already paid over $300 for a deposit. Instead of making 25 people stand around outside the hotel and wait while I tried to figure it out, I told James to just forget it, I would take a refund on my deposit and we would find something else to do.
Lo and behold, at 8:45pm I got a text from the driver saying he would be there in 15 mins to pick us up. Immediately after the text from the driver I got one from James, saying they found my reservation, and it was for 9pm, which was a lie, as I had the confirmation email stating 8pm. My group had already moved on to find some fun so we declined to take the 9pm bus and found better things to do as I had already wasted 45 minutes and entirely too much energy on this matter.
I'm not sure if the problem lies in the management of the employees there, or if they do this to people often as this was my first time using this company. I frequent Las Vegas and have used several different limo companies. All exceeding my expectations. With the exception of Party Tours.
They did give me a refund and offered to put me and a friend on a bus full of strangers for some kind of bar hopping trip. I declined that as well because that's just not my thing.
If you are thinking about using this company, I would strongly suggest you don't. Go to O'Sheas instead. That's what we did and don't regret it for a second.
