  • Cheese and "perfect companions" are... well... perfect. There's a lot to love about this shop and the up-scale items it sells. However, the staff members are as rude as they are knowledgeable. I've had enough bad customer service experiences now to say unequivically that it's not just that an employee was having an off day (which can happen to anyone). I've been ignored, condescended to, and flat out told that staff were too busy to help me. Too busy to help a paying customer? As much as it pains me to say (because I really, really want to love this place), I guess I'll make your job easier and take my money elsewhere.
