The worse customer service I have ever received. They would not return a product they guaranteed for store credit and were very rude to me. The misinformation given by the staff and the management not taking responsibility for a product they sell, which did not work. I was very disappointed and it's a shame they are losing a great customer due to their inability to accept and acknowledge their own mistakes. Summer, one of the managers, was extremely rude and I can't believe they'd appoint a position, which is support to be assisting customers with questions and concerns, to someone with a very bad attitude.
