  • Sadly redacting my previous 5 star review for Rebel Auto. I had been coming strictly to their shop for quite some time now for routine maintenance as well as repairs and had always been quite happy with their service and work. However, my car was serviced there this past September and my experience was far from perfect. My roommate dropped my car off as I was at work. I had left some cash in the console (usually I'm obsessive about checking for such things, but since it was someone else taking it in it slipped my mind). When I arrived later that day to pick up my vehicle, my car was sitting in the front parking lot with both back windows completely rolled down. I had a $1000+ dollar saddle sitting in the back seat- which was thankfully still there. I mentioned it to the lady at the desk- she didn't even apologize. When I arrived home, I realized that $160 of the cash was missing. I called the office to follow up and they assured me that they would pull the video of the car being serviced, though they did not have video of the front of the shop. The woman told me she would call back the following day. Surprise, never happened. Regardless of what happened- whether one of their employees took the cash, or their failure to roll up my windows while the car sat out front for several hours led to a thief going through my car- their lack of responsibility and follow through is highly concerning. I unfortunately will not be returning.
