  • Was very unhappy with my results. I understand hair care and understand how to go blonde so if you can't do it at the salon don't bullshit me. My hair was not black and it was not even that dark. I was left with orange and yellow brittle hair. Disgusting waste of time and money when I could have done that at home with a 5$ box of bleach. I asked very specifically for "ASH" blonde not orange brassiness yellow roots. Please do not waste your time here. I had to go home a tone it myself and it's unmanageable and dead bc it feels over processed and dead by this salon. I have gone to salons and gone dark to blonde and never had results like this. This was truly disgusting in my opinion. I have to color my own hair and waste the $150 I spent to do it right and that's a shame.
