  • I have been to this salon several times with a groupon and had favorable experiences. Again, with a groupon, I booked a massage and requested a female therapist. I was given the name of the female massage therapist, but they pulled a switch without consulting with me first and booked me with a male. He was very nice, but was not a massage therapist. He was a nail tech. I did not make a fuss because I did not want to embarrass or put him on the spot, had an average massage, paid and left salon. I am disappointed and have considered going to this salon for hair services in the future, but will not go now. I don't know, maybe they treat groupon people different? But it is a shame, as I do like the location and was going to try hair and nail services next.
