  • Nobu, Nobu, you truly failed me. I really love your sushi. I do. I come here every time I come in Vegas. And this time, when I had my S.O., you failed me. Sigh. We ordered Miso (normal), Salmon glazed in miso (OK, but not the special, wonderful dish I'm used to), and a mixed sushi platter. The rice was too sticky, the nigiri were on the point of self-destruction, and the fish was "good", but not excellent. And boy, Nobu, for your prices, I expect EXCELLENT.
