  • A terrible experience. A terrible moving company. I relocated from Las Angeles to New York for work. I selected 'Elite Moving & Storage Inc' after a positive customer service experience. Fast forward to me living out of my suitcase for weeks. It took nearly a month for my belongings to arrive. The movers, who knocked down a utility pole in New Jersey, true story, got a parking ticket outside my building. I was pressured to pay them out-of-pocket for the ticket. Also, some of my furniture (desk, file cabinet, bed post) were damaged. And to add insult to injury, the movers mocked my "small" Manhattan apartment. 'Elite Moving & Storage Inc' are the worst.
