  • COC's location is a pretty convenient one, a short jaunt from the LRT and nearby bus stops. The office staff were incredibly professional, but I couldn't help but shake the feeling that I was almost inconveniencing them with my presence for my first appointment. This didn't quite set the tone for the appointment in general, but was a bit off-putting. Another thing that bothered me happened about a year after my first appointment, when in an interesting deviation from their own cancellation policy, I received a call cancelling my appointment, yet not scheduling me a new one, or with a different doctor. Probably not the biggest deal, but definitely an annoyance. They're definitely worth a look if you need an optometrist, but they wouldn't be my first choice.
