  • I took my vehicle in to get repaired from a hit and run drunk driver. From start to finish this location (Badura location) was 100% professional, respectable, informative, prompt, and most importantly (to me) they maintained communication of the progress of repair. I was made aware of when my vehicle was taken into the shop. When it was half way complete and then finally completion. There was a couple of delays which again was communicated and identified immediately. Irwin was on point and always willing to explain everything and answered my questions within minutes of me asking (they use texting to communicate which I thought was appropriate for today...it allows them to pass on information and you choose to reply or not. Rest assured Irwin ALWAYS replied within minutes). While it wasn't a good situation for me being there it turned into a pleasant experience and the repairs are perfect! I can't even tell where the damage was. I highly recommend this place and if I ever need any services that they provide I will not hesitate to choose them first.
