  • I had scheduled an appointment to have a large hydraulic sit/stand desk assembled, but was forced to re-schedule less than 2 hours beforehand due to an emergency at work. They were very accommodating and re-scheduled for the next day with no hassle. Keith arrived promptly for my new appointment, was very professional and friendly, and was finished before I managed to unload my dishwasher. He then made sure I knew how to operate my desk and was out the door in less than 20 minutes. Best possible customer service experience, will definitely be contacting KRP for any future projects.
