  • My son stayed her with his friend and her mom for one night. They wanted a place to get a way for a day. The mother wanted to show her kids a good time so she decided to book this place. It's looked nice and clean and it had a decent size pool. Some quality time at the pool ended up a nightmare. The kids ended up with chemical burns all over their body. Especially very painful around their genital area... When we confronted to the front desk they acted as if it wasn't a big deal. Never apologize to us and only offered us VASELINE! They refused to do anything for us. I've tried to call corporate, but have not been successful. My poor kid screams every time he showers. I suggest if you stay here not to swim here.
