  • I went here twice over the course of two days. I had one simple task: connect my mac to my HDTV. I ended up having to go there several times to exchange things because nobody knew the correct adapter I needed. A guy from ANOTHER computer store had to tell me (when I went to buy cables, because Apple does not sell cables). Unfortunately, getting any amount of customer service in this store is nearly impossible. This is their set up: They have a bunch of people walking around with suped up iPhones, ready to help anyone and ring them through if they have cash or credit card. Unfortunately, almost everyone who comes into the Apple store needs help so trying to get their attention in a packed store is nearly impossible. And it's AAAALWAYS packed. I ended up running around trying to find someone who looked like they MIGHT be done with a customer soon. And they never are. Then there is the counter. The counter is for exchanges, refunds, service pick up and debit. The counter has ONE PERSON. The whole experience is frustrating and just.. awful. My last visit took me half an hour to exchange something, all the while being stuck in an incredibly claustrophobic store with no directional signage. Suddenly, paying for shipping seems like it's totally worth it. Don't get me wrong, their products are pretty great, but the store itself is crap.
