  • I initially signed up for the family friendly environment and to have my children attend their swim classes. At first, it was good but it seems the aqautics department just doesnt know what they are doing. No one ever answers the department hotline, only one person knows how to schedule the classes and when you come in person as she asks you to, shes never available but somehow your account still gets charged despite your kids never receiving the swim classes you were charged for. The aquatics department is so bad I canceled my membership.When I asked to speak to a member of general management, no one was available (how convenient). If you need a 24 hr gym with daycare then this place is good but I don't recommend signing up for any of the swim classes. Also, their swimming pool is forever short staffed causing the slides to be closed. How do they not have the money to staff the place when the place overcharges the hell out of its members??
