  • I purchased a brand new Kia Soul back in October. PROS: Purchasing my war was a great experience. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The process took a long time but we weren't in any hurry so we didn't mind. We got a great deal too. CONS: Since my purchase I have been inundated with emails and phone calls to the point that I have had to block emails and calls! Although I appreciate the follow-up email and call shortly after my purchase, it's three moths later and I'm still getting the "Thank you" "Welome" emails and phone calls. Enough! I got your number, email, address... if I have questions I'll call you! This kind of behavior will effect future purchases!
