  • Ordered ice water. Waited 10 minutes. Watched short man with dyed blond hair serve other customers and ignore me, during which time I witnessed him throwing out ice. Finally got "water" and he lies to my face that they are running out of ice. To which I replied "If you are running low on ice, then why are you throwing it out?"
