I am from Colombia and was tremendously and pleasurably surprised to experience this spot in Pittsburgh. The menu does include some dishes from other Latin American countries, but the Colombian specialties are right on target. You could just fill yourself up with empanadas and call it a meal. My only observation is that I wish they could provide real "ají" dressing with them, as opposed to some tabasco based concoction. Another suggestion is that if they were to add the famous "ajiaco" soup to the menu, this restaurant would be significantly adding to the quality of life in Pittsburgh especially in the winter! Cinco estrellas (five stars)!
