  • Was heading to Nike store after leaving Finishline super disappointed by the selection and popped into Shoe Palace... What a difference!!! Tons of selection, appealing store presentation, great customer service!!!! New store manager Richard will take care of you!! My son is in between sizes and rather than suggest the smaller size in which I would be buying a new pair on a month he felt the half size up was a better option Retail is sales driven, but I appreciate his customer focus it is definitely refreshing. As we were there several other customers came in and he expertly managed and engaged everyone that entered the store! If your going be at the outlets stop by and see Richard he may not know who Beast Mode is lol, but he knows about shoes!!!!
