We paid $50 extra to upgrade to a suite because it had a fold out bed and a rollaway was already $30. At 12:30a, getting ready to go to sleep because I have work in the morning to find they gave us no sheets for the bed. We just ask that they send a rollaway so everyone can go to sleep it is now 2:00am (4am my time) and after 3 phone calls there is still no bed... sitting here sweating I go to turn the AC down to find that it is broken and the room is a balmy 76 degrees.
I've had better service at Holiday Inn!!!!!
Save yourself the trouble. Avoid Harrah's and Caesars affiliated casinos altogether. I'm here for 3 more nights but will probably be checking for vacancies elsewhere tomorrow.
