| - WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I apologize for this long review that I will write. However, it is very important that I notify people of this place! I went in Monday morning looking for a fill with gel & rhinestones. Upon entering (with my coffee mug) there was an elderly lady who got me started on the full set. (There is a reason why I mention my coffee mug) I told her I had a bad experience with gel nails, because the gel cracks right away. She informed me that she had worked more than 20 years and that has never happened to her. She seem very apprehensive and "rude" from the beginning. Anyways, As she was doing the fill, told her I couldn't decide on which color gel to use between 2 that I liked and asked her for some "advice" and a little time. I guess, she doesn't like to give customers a "little time" because she started yelling and started rushing me. She yelled that I was a "little girl who didn't know what I wanted, and that was why I have had bad experiences at other nails salons", and so on. (I am 25 years old) So, I finally made my decision on a glittered gel color from her samples. Before applying the gel, she urged me to make my payment. Which I did believing that she would satisfy my needs. When she put 1 coat on one nail, (it did not look like the one on her samples) I realized it would be a "see through" color (which I did not want) so I calmly asked her if it would be see through after the second coat. She then started yelling "You can't make up your mind!!! You are a confused girl. You chose this color!!" I then told her all I was asking if it would be see through after the second coat. She then said "Well, I already put gel on one nail I can't remove it!!!" So, I repeated myself that I did not want that color if it was going to be see through. She yelled, "WHAT IS SEE THROUGH, IT IS NOT SEE THROUGH!!" So, she proceeded to keep painting all my nails. I then told her again, I didn't want that color. She then said that was the color I asked for. But then I reminded her that I asked her when she had only done 1 nail not to proceed with that color if it would be see through. She had said it wasn't going to be see through. Which they were. So, after complaining she yelled at me again. She yelled "You are raising my blood pressure and are ruining my week!!" I then yelled "You are a unprofessional, and the rudest nail person that I have ever encountered!! You made this experience terrible for me!! You made the situation very unnecessary and uncomfortable for me!!" So I asked her to remove the gel color and to refund me the amount she charged me for the rhinestones. She then said she would not refund me the original amount. I told her that I did not want to proceed with her doing my nails and rhinestones. She refused to refund. Then, I agreed to just get the gel and the rhinestones. Meanwhile, she kept saying how I was a terrible person. We were both yelling at each other as she was doing my gel color. As we were arguing and yelling at each other, another customer walked in to get a pedicure. The owner/nail tech older woman, changed her tone and demeanor. She suddenly, started to give me advice!! She nicely said "Oh, yes! Glitter would look very nice on the white nails", I then told her "Oh, please!! You are ridiculous, all of a sudden you want to give me advice!". By this time I was already irritated and very upset. She then said CALMLY "I did a very good job for you, I did everything you ask and did more" but added in a very rude and aggressive tone saying "But you are indecisive and you will forever have bad experiences at nail salons." I was so upset at this point, I told her that she had made my day very terrible and she was the worst nail person I have ever met and that i just wanted to be done with her asap. She proceeded to finish my nails. I saw the final result and I informed her that one nail already had a crack!! Which she looked at and said "Oh, I have never seen this before" (meanwhile she started to file down the area that had the crack, to get rid of the crack) meanwhile she was saying "Oh, it wasn't a crack, it was a hair!" I then said "You lied about it not being see though, you lied about the cracking, (and as I noticed instead of white gel it was a yellow tone) which i informed her, but by that time I had already been overcharged and I was over the situation. I got up from the seat and yelled at her "At this point you overcharged me, lied to me and did a terrible job and gave me a terrible experience. I will tell everyone of your work ethics!!" As I walked out of her shop and got into my car, she THREW THE COFFEE MUG AT MY CAR!!!! I IMMEDIATELY GOT OUT OF MY CAR, AND YELL AT HER "WTF!! ARE YOU DOING YOU F***ING CRAZY LADY!!" As I walked towards her she ran into her shop yelling ("that she didn't mean to throw it at my car but instead at her own red car") closing the door behind her. I called the police. The worst experience ever! Please avoid at all cost!!!! NEVER GO THERE!!!!
