  • Went to the Chaparral location yesterday and had the worse mani-pedi experience of my life. There was one other lady in there and we both wanted the special that was advertised on the billboard outfront...mani/pedi $36. After our feet were soaking the lady told us that was only for a polish change, that is was $46 for a class mani/pedi,so we obligingly agreed to that price not wanting to argue since no one in the shop spoke a lick of decent english. The two people doing our mani/pedi's were so rushed (despite us being the ONLY customers) that it felt like they were in a race with one another. They both used the most course grade of nail file and buffers that I have ever experienced, to the point that we both asked for the files because the tips of our nails were left rough and jagged feeling. Needless to say, this place is terrible and I would suggest you save your $$ and avoid it like the plague. It's a real shame this Jack guy has more than one salon.
