  • This company is a SCAM!!!! I rented a vacation home from this company September 11-September 14 2015, Property #454647. The house was okay. The shower knobs where impossible to turn on because it was broken. The pool was dirty. They provide you with inaccurate internet info (password and ID). They give you one thin comforter for each bed. So prepare to be freezing your asses off at night. The houses smell like smoke. Its about $25 cab ride one way to get to the strip, which adds up quickly. It took us an hour and a half to get a taxi from the house because no one wants to come that far. Be Aware: The company will charge you $100 for "Refundable" Damage Deposit upfront. Which is just ridiculous. Oh they will also slap on $59 damage deposit that is not refundable. They will charge you upfront saying it's "refundable", which is a LIE. I called them to ask about it after a week and they told me that they are going to keep the money because we smoked in the house, which is a LIE!!! They said that they have pictures to prove it (pictures that the cleaning ladies took). 1) Nobody smoked in the house!!! They can even look at the outside camera to verify that everyone was smoking outside in the patio. 2) How in the hell are you going to say "we have evidence of you smoking in the house" with pictures that were taken by the cleaning ladies? Where the cleaning ladies inside the house during our stay?? The pictures they are referring to by the way is a picture of an ash tray that we used outside. We brought in the ash tray inside the house right before we left the property, and to them that is evidence of us smoking inside the house. RIDICULOUS!!!! They don't have a picture of us smoking inside the house or a picture of any cigar burns to properties and they have cameras showing that we smoked outside of the house during our stay BUT because they have a picture of ash trays they are going to charge us. RIDICULOUS!!!! Clearly there is something wrong with their heads. 3) how is smoking in the house considered damage exactly?? 4) Why is it that they bring up this "issue" after I called them? They said they will send me an email with the evidence but never did because there was no evidence. They just wanted to keep the money. HORRIBLE customer service. They don't want to deal with you after they have taken your money. Long story short do yourself a favor, and save your self the headache and time and stay away from VEGAS GETAWAYS!!! Book through someone else because they will rip you off! And supposedly they have done this to many people. I wish I can give them 0 stars because they are horrible company!!
