  • First, I love OT and the workouts in general. I love how I can usually find a studio to visit for a workout when I'm traveling. The workout, and the energy and support from the trainers is pretty consistent at the multiple studios I've visited across the country. This review is specific to this studio only. The bathroom is DIRTY! There is hair in the showers and the bathroom floor needs to be mopped. It is really hard to get HOT water for a shower. On several occasions I have had to let the shower run for 5+ minutes just to get warmer water. Once there was NO hot water. I've mentioned it to the desk folks, who are all extremely nice and promise to report the issue promptly. The location is in a plaza with restaurants and other businesses so I'm not sure why there is the water issue. It would be nice if the staff could check the locker rooms for cleanliness between classes.
