  • I come here all the time. And the lady at the front is so rude. I just went in seconds ago, not one car is out front and because I like harder massages...(this has been an issue in the past..) She 'lies' to me about having anyone there available to rub my back- after I saw my masseuse running to the bathroom after making eye contact with me!! Super weird.... Then ... Needless to say, I always tip as if I were paying for a full price massage.. And I asked how long I'd have to wait.. She said 3 hours clearly wanting me to just leave. So I said I would find somewhere else. Then divine intervention/ something magical happens!!! **I find magnolia spa. They have NO problem with the pressure I wanted, fit me right in and were super nice. They're a mile from this place. My new weekly spot. This place will be out of business soon if they keep refusing service. UPDATE: after seeing ANDY at magnolia.. And ha I go the BEST massage of my life and the best customer service I've ever experienced at a foot spa, it made this awful place seem even worse. I wasn't told to be quiet and speak lower, they had NO problem focusing on my upper back for the first 40 out of 90 minutes, and he didn't get an attitude when he used his elbows to dig out my knots. He was so friendly the entire massage. As was the lady upfront... Everyone considering coming here should go to MAGNOLIA foot spa instead. This place is RUDE, under staffed and terrible customer service. Especially when the masseuse tells you he's uncomfortable focusing on one area.. Because he wants to uncharge you. Magnolia charges 30, 60 or 90 minutes. They will focus wherever you want.
