  • Bait And Switch Appointment for a fill in, my tech informed me she'd do what she could for the allotted time, but she didn't know how great they look and they'd be nowhere near what my original set looked like. I'd need another mini fill appointment (but it had to be done within 7 days) to count as a mini fill appointment and would cost extra in addition to today's appointment. Poor customer experience and constant up selling. Super disappointed.
