I hate to give a bad review because my experience was actually very good - however, my review is related to the fact that I purchased 2 gift cards for the Scottsdale location. Approximately 2 weeks later the location closed without any notice. I have reached out multiple times (called the Glendale location, emailed the owner directly, submitted requests online) and I cannot get anyone to speak to me regarding a refund for these cards. If someone would contact me and get this resolved I would be very happy to revise my review specific to the massage services, but at current i am less than enthusiastic about the company's business practices.
Update - I edited my ranking because the owner did reach out to me (finally) and provided my refund.
