Car Buying Experience: I just bought my 2012 Hyundai Elantra here and the buying experience was pretty good.
Good: I went out one weekend test driving many cars and wasn't yet decided on what vehicle to purchase. Aaron our salesman was super nice. He didn't pressure me and because of this made me want to come back to him once I had made a final decision to purchase the car. Make sure you ask for the TrueCar pricing because it will knock off about $1,500 from the price right away.
Bad: They lowballed my trade in by about $2,000 and would not budge. This frustrated me but ultimately I wanted this car and it was more convenient to sell it to them.
Service Department: I had the unlucky experience of getting a flat tire in the sidewall on a Saturday. Well your new car comes with Hyundai towing. I call the dealership to get the number and they tell me that since it's Saturday, they only have one person working and that means they can't replace my tire until Monday! Are you kidding me?! For a tire?! Only one person on a Saturday??? After that experience I will never go to the service department here.
