1st off I've been treated like an annoying customer the first day I walked in. The only one that politely greets me is the young African American woman. The manager has thee worst attitude, everything is NO. I don't trust this branch and now I don't trust this bank. The bank teller told me I couldn't close my account and didn't try to help me and then manager told me to come back tomorrow because she's on a conference call? I'm a customer at the bank. The customer service at this branch is the reason I am switching banks. I feel like this is a retail store, selling me bank products they won't even help you with when issues arise. They have treated me unfair due to their personal perspectives. I think you should hire more positive and effective bankers. This is right next to CMU and all the major colleges, college kids have enough to deal with, they shouldn't have to deal with consistent NO's from managers that hate their job.
