  • I've been coming here for about a year now. Great location, friendly staff and my massage therapist John is simply awesome. Super friendly guy and a very talented. As a multi-talented athlete, my body goes through so much physical bodily stress. It's great when I book an appointment here with John for a good solid 90 minute as you won't regret it. He's definitely an experienced therapist. I have some of the tightest muscles and he's very knowledgeable about the muscles and tissues that he applies different techniques each and every time. I am quite amazed that I am able to unwind each time as he helps solves my ailments when I meet with him. The whole process from start to finish is quite smooth in terms of submitting for reimbursement through your insurance. The receptionist sends all the necessary information online to you insurance company so it's all done online right after your appointment which makes it so easy for me. If you are coming here, please ask for John and you won't forget it. I highly recommend him as your choice for a massage therapist. Overall, I highly recommend coming to Sutherland Chan as they provide a high-level professional service and have very knowledge massage therapists.
