DO NOT order from Mor Furniture. I hate writing negative reviews because I'm in customer service myself, but this place is getting out of hand. We purchased our sectional 3/19 and we're told it would be delivered by 4/9, which was perfect.
It is currently 4/20 and we STILL do not have a sofa.
Every time I call and check up on our order, they push the delivery back by 5 days.
I JUST got off the phone (I was given the delivery date of today 3 days ago) and they said "oh we left you a message this morning, it's still in San Diego, it should be there next Monday now"
WHAT?!?!?! I NEVER got a call or voicemail.
Tamara gave us majorly unrealistic expectations apparently. I would have canceled the order the first time if I knew they weren't delivering for a month, they keep pushing it back by a week so you DON'T cancel. They say "oh if you go anywhere else and order one it will be a couple weeks delivery anyhow" which was true. BUT if we canceled the first time we would have that other sectional by now.
This place is a joke.
We STILL HAVE NO SOFA ONE MONTH LATER
Why does this company seem like they don't care?
Because they don't.
