We called to make appointments for our dogs at the beginning of December and were able to schedule on 12/23/15. On the day of the appointment, less than an hour before the appointment they called to cancel saying they were double booked. They didn't offer an apology or try to reschedule but left us high and dry right before family came over for Christmas! Luckily we were able to get in same day with petsmart. Won't make the mistake of depending on woof wagon again!
