  • Went to leticias last night for dinner before a show. We went around 4:40 in the evening and when we arrived we were told the wait would be 15 minutes. We were seated shortly after around 4:50 and we waited for our waiter to come take our drink orders. 10 minutes passes and no sign of our waiter. The hostess walked by us after seating another table and asked if we had been helped yet and we replied with a no. She brought us our chips and salsa and we still had not ordered drinks (we didn't even have water). Finally the lady who was refilling waters brought us some, but did not say a word to us and still no sign of a waiter. We waited about another 15 minutes and no one had even acknowledged us so we ended up leaving. Now I understand that it was a Saturday evening and they were busy, but to not even have someone say a word to us or bring us anything except for our hostess was pretty ridiculous! I was extremely disappointed and upset because they actually have really amazing food and I was looking forward to eating it. Definitely better to go around lunch time because you will actually be taken care of.
