  • I'm not from the Chesterland area but was taken out by friends to the Oak and Embers Tavern for dinner. This quaint little restaurant in a strip mall, from the exterior, looks like nothing out of the ordinary. From the inside though, it offers a wonderful menu of appetizers, sandwiches and main dishes. For my meal I chose the beef brisket, with macaroni and cheese, french fries and cornbread. The brisket was moist and delicious and the mac and cheese and fries were homemade and fresh. The most delicious part of the meal was the cornbread. It was sheer perfection! The decor was industrial and trendy. The service was great, with the server making great recommendations and being very personable! I'd definitely recommend a visit to Oak and Embers Tavern!
