| - I came here with a groupon for a 60-mins. reflexology massage for $30. They have been open for a few months now and are on the 2nd floor of a building connected to Fresh, steps from the Bloor/Spadina subway station - very convenient. My partner and I had a nice, relaxing experience here. We reserved ahead, which is recommended, although they do take walk-ins. They had a private room for us, which was really nice. Service was excellent and very courteous.
The staff are mostly Mandarin-speaking, but the place a welcoming even if you aren't. They started with tea or cold water and there are your usual fashion magazines to peruse. First, you soak your feet and get a shoulder/neck massage for ~15 mins. Then you get the foot reflexology treatment and finally, they wrap your feet in hot towels. Ahhh... I have gone for foot massages in Hong Kong and this was similar. The pressure was lighter (which I liked), but you can always ask them to adjust it to your liking. They even give you a sheet which had a diagram of the feet and a guide to the different pressure points.
The facilities are really clean and well-kept. They also offer facials, waxing, mani-pedis, and full body massages. The 60 mins. reflexology treatment we got is supposedly $60, but is on "sale" for $40 (I wonder if it is one of those places where things are always on "sale" to make you feel that you are getting a better deal?). In any case, the pricing is quite competitive compared to similar places in Chinatown. Apparently, for a fee, they can come to your home!
I would definitely come back again when in need of some R&R. They are open every day 10am-9pm except Christmas Day.
