| - Look no further...I've got your fabulous girl right here. IF unprofessional, lack of communication, and non-existent customer service skills is what you desire for your critical real estate deal, Carlie Kathleen Goulet is the relator for you. My husband and I found a house in this neighborhood we had been interested in and we were ready to buy with large cash down. We rushed home to search for realtors in this area and found Carlie on LuxHome.com and decided to give her a chance due to her years of experience. We put a $600k house in Carlie's lap, no effort needed on her part. She did not have to show us the house, run comps, just put in the offer. Carlie advised us the seller will sell it to us for XYZ price due to the previous offer is falling through. My husband and I jumped at the opportunity and had made the offer that same day. We quickly followed ALL her directions, the paperwork was signed that next day and we had begun looking at new furnishings, remodeling ideas, and began packing. The following Monday we completed additional paperwork electronically and attached was a note from Carlie saying the deal was 100% except the listing agent had to cancel the existing offer prior to entering into our contract. Nevertheless, Carlie would contact me that afternoon to chat about it but she never did. At this point we thought, the house was ours and the deal was done. Our lender contacted Carlie to get the ball rolling. Silence...crickets...no call from Carlie. It's that time of year it's the holidays...she is busy, I am busy, what is her deal!? By Thursday, with no communication I sent her a reply to our email thread we had successfully communicated prior on. Also, left her a message at her Lux Home Group@Keller Williams Realty office. Our lender reached out to us to say, Carlie won't return their calls or emails. Our lender said they had never ran into a relator like this and so unprofessional at this critical time of this process. Hmmm, giving her the benefit of the doubt I contacted her again via our email thread because email seemed to be her first choice of communication. Nada, Nothing, Zero response. It's real estate, deals change, the market does not sleep. Carlie, with a record of experience of 15+ years, surely would inform me IF the status of our offer had changed. In conclusion, I would not recommend Carlie Kathleen Goulet or her friends @Lux Home Group which happens to be a division of Keller Williams. In the end, we lost the house and she still has not contacted us to this day and obviously she will not lift a finger to try to sell us another house.
