  • Our air conditioner died. We live in Vegas and the heat is coming. I called Windy City. Had to wait 6 days to get into their jammed packed spring schedule but the guy showed up on time, clean, pressed, and smiling. Diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes, showed me how I could avoid big problems by joining their 2 visit club for $175 per year and get 15% discounts on parts. Tested everything before he left. Let me use my debit card and left copies of all the doc's we needed for our records. Good Job!
