The hotel itself is beautiful and brand new. That being said, the administration and service is absolutely abysmal. I called the day of my check in to let them know I was getting there at 1:30am and made sure my room would be ready. I get there and apparently the room was dirty so we had to wait 30 minutes to get a room (after traveling all day). I asked the front desk where I could water and apparently they also don't have that. They can't sell me a basic necessity such as WATER. After telling me that they had vending machines but they didn't know which floors they were on I ventured to find them only to find out of order machines and sold out water. To top it off the room was dirty. The toilet was dirty. The shower was dirty. And there was a needle cap on the floor. In the morning we left and we came back around 7pm to find our room was not cleaned. I asked them to clean it and they proceed to tell me they are short staffed. So I asked if they could at least give me new towels. I spoke with them again downstairs and the "housekeeping supervisor" told me she put them there herself. There were no towels in our room.
Even though this hotel is absolutely beautiful I would not stay here again until I am sure that they have their act together. They also said their system is glitchy and the Internet in the rooms doesn't work all the time. The front desk people don't know anything about the hotel and are rude to paying customers. I was told to call them if I had any more issues. When I did the lady said with attitude, "are you finished now?" I was never apologized to because of the housekeeping mess other than by the guy who finally brought some towels. This hotel needs completely new management or at least people who know where basic things are in the hotel they run.
