  • Located next to the Gondola ticket office at The Venetian, this place gets packed! Went here on 12/13/14 and had to kill some time by myself. Wandered over here and got in line. It was so busy, the only way to look at stuff was to get in line. They were running a special for various chocolates and people were stocking up making the line move slowly. While the staff was trying to exhibit good customer service, trying to explain an American location only loyalty program / a truffle a month rewards to customers who #1 don't speak much, if any English and #2 said they live outside of the US & are leaving before Christmas, is a waste of time. The line was seriously backed up. While in line, staff would ask what you wanted to order and would bring it to you so that you wouldn't lose your place in the line. In theory, this is good, in reality, most people are not paying attention. Ordering 12 cones of chocolate covered strawberries once you finally get to the register is just rude when you had ample time to ask while waiting. I wasn't in the mood for a box of chocolates so I ordered their chocolate blended drink - a hazelnut trufflelata. Holy moly! This drink is delicious and only $6. Definitely worth the price as the truffle alone that the put in it is at least $2 a la cart. Purchase of 6 drinks on your stamp card gets you one free drink. Also, if you spend $10+/ month, you get 1 free truffle that month. While delicious and reasonably priced for fine chocolate, -1 star for using inferior soy lecithin as an emulsifier in their luxury product. I expect the highest quality ingredients in a product like this. Otherwise, very tasty with good service.
