  • First time here and now I'm a loyal customer. Came in for an oil change and general maintenance check expecting to be told that the cabin filter needs to be changed and a bunch of other things but knowing that my daughter changed the cabin filter recently I knew that it was in good order. The mechanic told me that the cabin filter looked brand new and I now know that they are an honest shop unlike most Jiffy Lubes I've used in the past. Goodbye Jiffy Lube and hello Wilhelm Automotive. You can't stay in business since 1928 with bad service. Also they took 15% off with my Costco membership and gave me a bunch of promotional offers to share. Kudos to Chris and the people at my new automotive garage for all our needs.
