  • The service department recommended that they replace a broken engine mount on my RL. Quote was $560. I shopped around, found an independent mechanic who quoted me $280. I took it in, and lo and behold there was NOTHING wrong with the engine mount!!!! I won't go back! Subsequent to this post I was contacted by the manager. He suggested I bring the car in and we look at the engine mount together. I'm going to hold this review at neutral until they show me that the engine mount was or was not faulty.
