| - I have been a resident for more than a year at Domain. For the money paid, it is OK! Nothing special. It looks nice. While the office staff is nice, there are issues. The walls are paper thin. My roomies car was broken into. The GPS and phone charger were $200. You would think Westcorp would take $200 off next month's rent. I asked the office, and gave them a copy of the police report. Westcorp is too big for their britches, making too much money, and building properties much too quickly to care.
I took it upon myself to get my carpet cleaned after I moved in. I asked the office who they used. Their carpet cleaners were a no show. This past Monday, October 19th, after reluctantly signing a renewal lease, a free carpet cleaning was promised. Once AGAIN, I worked all night, and waited all morning for them to arrive. Once AGAIN, they were a no show. I emailed WestCorp that day. It's been almost one week. They did not respond. It's not the fault of people in the office that their company doesn't care about it's residents. It's just sad. $1,181 for a one bedroom apartment is too much money, when you get substandard service like this.
The Starbucks, free popcorn, movie room, and pool is very nice. The gym is ok. While the location is fantastic, it will be time to move in April. Westcorp has no respect for me, my possessions, or my time. I feel as if it's rules for me, and rules for everyone else. We pay our rent ahead of time every month, only to be treated like deadbeats.
I have been renting for more than 30 years, and will move where I am appreciated.
