  • My husband and I recently bought a new home. As I am from Georgia I wanted a lush, beautiful back yard. Unfortunately, I have little experience with desert gardening. I did a good deal of research and determined that Moon Valley was my best option. I had seen their work around the valley and I was extremely impressed. I went in and was greeted by Ashleigh Jones. I cannot tell you how amazing she was to work with. I showed her pictures of my backyard and she spent HOURs with me designing my project, educating me about the plants, and showing me around the nursery. Not only was Ashleigh extremely pleasant she was also incredibly knowledgable. I was also introduced to Kris who came out to my home, inspected the designs that Ashleigh and I had come up with and also spent a good deal of time with me developing my drip system and making sure I had exactly what I wanted. Through moon valley we had trees removed, trees and shrubs planted (Ron and the planting crew was extremely professional and did exactly what i wanted) and a new drip system installed. Jeff and the drip system crew did a great job and spent a good deal of time with me explaining how to work the system and make any changes necessary. Moon valley nursery turned out to be the perfect choice for our new back yard. I will continue to shop there as long as I am in Phoenix. My only downside with this project was that they initially subcontracted out my drip system and I was not happy with the job the subcontractors did. However, Don and Kim were amazing and had the moon valley crews come out the next day to re-do the job. Yes, moon valley is expensive but their staff are well trained, professional, and courteous. I am very happy with my decision to shop Moon Valley!
