  • First and last time to this store! Terrible customer service! There were three store employees, but one lady stood around, one sat on a chair (as no other customers were present), and I was told to wait in a change room for the one employee who was already busy assisting another customer. This made no sense, but I waited patiently. Finally when she came to help me, I asked for a strapless bra, she brought me a bustier. I tried it on and the employee was really rough on my dress zipping it up. This was a $700 + new dress for my daughter's wedding, that I had brought with me to the store. I think she damaged my dress! Then she walked out and left me, continued to attend to the other customer, then she started talking to the other two employees. My daughter and I chatted and decided the bustier was not for me. I was left standing there with nothing else to try on, while the three employees chatted and then I heard the lady who was helping me say "I am going to cash out this customer". I didn't like the sounds of that, why was I left waiting for help, with no strapless bra to try on, while the person who was helping me would go to 'cash out" her customer. So I said "I have nothing to try on, can you please bring me something to try on?" My attendant looked at me in an angry way, I have no idea why. There were two other employees, it made no sense that the person who was helping the only customer who was in the store (apart from the one who had done trying and was now ready to pay) also had to do cash. She then asked the other employees if someone else could do the cash, and finally brought me two bras to try. This time, as she began to be harsh on my zipper again, I had to tell her "Stop!! my daughter will do up my dress!" Seriously, some of the beading around the zipper was coming loose because of her roughness. The two bras she brought me to try were not suitable, but by then I had decided I would not buy anything from them, and I will never go back there again. If you don't need some type of larger size bra, don't go there, go anywhere else, most department stores carry up to 40 D. This store is way over rated!
