  • Overall theme here: Best in class interaction, superior quality product! I greeted these guys with the same level of criticism anybody might, when you don't know 5+ family/friends that have used them. But these guys were awesome! Steve helped my girlfriend and I all 3 times that we came back in the store and asked questions. He was simply - different. He was patient, calm, and actually listened versus those that wait for their next opportunity to speak. I originally bought the best-selling mattress and kept it for 75 of the 90-day policy, but wasn't "entirely" happy. I called and talked to Nick to schedule an exchange and Steve called me back within a day. I moved to the softer version of the best-selling-mattress and have slept better every day since. No b.s., this is the best mattress I've ever owned and I'm already actively recommending these guys. Thanks Steve & B.B.
