  • We were in the market for a new or used Mustang GT Premium. We found a used one online with Right Toyota and began to speak with Jacob who claims to be the internet sales manager. After a few days of looking at all our options we decided to purchase new closer to Gilbert. We informed Jacob by text that we purchased a new car literally minutes after we left another dealership with our new car. His response is appalling, disrespectful, and frankly absurd. I will add screen shots of the text conversation.
