  • I usually have no trouble with ordering but today I decided to order online beforehand. There were 6 salads on my order. A salad takes about 30 seconds to make in this place, and it was empty of customers when I showed up. After waiting about 10-15 minutes I asked what was taking so long. I was told my "promised time" online wasn't for another 5 minutes. THE PLACE IS EMPTY and there are 4 people working here. Where is the customer service? I'm not ordering beforehand anymore. I'll just come in, order my group order and hold up the line. At least I'll get immediate service.
